There are a few ways a player or character may be removed from this guild. They are as follows:
1: Inactivity. To keep an accurate count of our numbers, inactive characters or alts will be considered either missing in action or dead and may be subject to removal.
2: IC Death. If a character is killed as part of a story line they may be subject to guild removal. There are currently two functioning ways around a character's death. A: Cloning. A player may request a clone of their character depending on nature of their death. B: Name & Appearance change. Just because your PC died does not mean he/she must be abandoned or removed. Rebirth is very much an option in most cases (But not all)
3: OOC Disputes or Violation of Policy. Every now and then you get a player who cant get along with others or who refuses to respect our policies as a guild. In cases like these a full investigation will be done of the player and any relevant persons involved. If the case is bad enough, a vote will be held in private by the guild officers. A majority vote is required for someone to be removed from the guild due to an OOC offense.
These functions are in place to ensure that you are protected in our guild. To make certain that just because one person might be at odds with you -you will receive a fair chance to remedy and will not be simply kicked out on the whim of a single member, the guild master included.
