So you either made it in, or you're seeing the forums for the first time. These are some things you need to know while keeping in mind this is a ROLEPLAY guild.
Firstly, please remember the following terms:
ICly/IC = In Character-ly/In Character
OOCly/OOC = Out of Character-ly/Out of Character
This is the most important set of terms you need to remember! Also remember the two do not blend! Just because Xukuthe'l is a tense and angry asshole IC does not mean he is OOC! (Lolz)
Since this is a primarily Sith guild, don't assume because you've become an apprentice to a Sithy Lord who decides to kick you around, that they have it in for you OOC.
That is why it is imperative that you try to be as nice OOC as possible, which brings us to the rest of the rules:
-No OOC hate whispers to non guild members will be tolerated what so ever.
You may roleplay an asshole but do not BE an asshole OOC. I know sometimes everyone has a bad day, but if you decide to start cussing out other players, or harassing them and someone hears about it in the Red Eclipse, you'll be warned once, and only once, and if it continues you will be removed from the guild.
-Inner guild conflict that is IC stays IC. Inner guild conflict that is OOC is dealt with strictly OOC.
For example if two people get into an argument in guild chat, DO NOT take it in character. It's everyone's desire to resolve any OOC problems as fast as possible, and going from OOC to IC keeps problems alive--which no one wants. The same goes from IC to OOC: if your character is having an IC problem then stay in the role play and talk to someone.
NEVER MIX OOC AND IC.
-Character names must be names we can roleplay with.
We do not want any 'PrrtyGirl1' or 'JoMama666' in the guild. No exceptions.
-'Say' channel is where you do your roleplay. 'group' channel is where you can spam OOC to your heart's content. 'guild' channel can be either/or, and as you get to know everyone in the guild you'll probably get a feel for what's what, but don't stress about it. 'General' is a mix, but please don't use it to troll.
With that said, welcome to the gang!
Sometimes things can happen in roleplay that get you mad or worked up, it happens to everyone, or sometimes you need to vent to someone with a little ranting and raving, you can always send a whisper or message to Nimma (me!) if you just need to get it out!
