The ships will start as rudimentary with a quest line that allows you to improve their quality / power. In addition to this, Bioware is in the process of adding space combat between players with the inclusion of smaller fighter ships within the flag-ship that can engage in dog fights against other guilds! Hope you bitches are ready because they are incorporating a system very similar to the EVE space combat for guilds!!!!!!!! This has been confirmed and is in the works for an update in the near future! Its going to be the same principal as guild bases on KotOR except in space! Wooooohooo! Edit: I could have sworn I had found a link to the confirmation from the admins, but I cant seem to find it again. Will check when I can to see if this is in fact confirmed.

I thought about it and the only ship in Star Wars cannon that fits our guilds is this one: starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Errant_VentureThe Errant Venture is a Class II Imperial Star Destroyer owned by the infamous pirate Booster Terrik and piloted by the ever loved Wedge Antilies. This ship is perfect because not only is it the size of Vader's capitol ship, but Booster depleted an ENTIRE PLANET'S resources so he could paint the whole ship FIRE ENGINE RED haha. So when it is in orbit over planets it literally looks like a RED ECLIPSE. And thus our ship must be nammed the Errant Venture lmfao. |

Funny, I was just reading this article earlier last night when I was researching Star Destroyers at Wookieepedia.
Anyway, I agree. That would be the perfect name for our destroyer.
