Hello everyone, Xertik here. As you know, our guild has been inactive as of late. What with Xukuthe'l gone for quite some time and many of our members having left the guild, including Nimma and Zyage (though he's coming back from a scouting mission he was on, which hopefully he will explain to us when he gets back).
With this said, many of you have been concerned that guild is dying or has died. Well, that's not the case. In fact, right now many of us who have been active are working together to get the guild back on track. And no, no one is trying to take Xuk's place, we are just trying to get the guild active again. So when our leader gets back, he will find an active guild waiting for him. But there's a slight a chance that if he doesn't get back soon, the system will make someone else the Guildmaster. Something that must be discussed in our upcoming guild meeting. Which brings me to my next subject.
Gitlie and I are setting up a meeting to discuss how we can get the guild up and running, like recruitment drives and events. And all us, as a guild, are going to discuss what to do if that system problem does happen. Maybe we'll set up some sort of temporary council or something, but we can't have power plays running amok in our guild. If so, our guild will suffer a civil war and be destroyed. Just like Eternum.
That's right everyone. Eternum, one of our rival guilds I believe, has fallen. Due to leadership issues, they had a civil war and it left their guild crippled. So crippled, the guild was disbanded. While it is good to have one rival guild out of the way, it has shown us grave consequences lest we allow internal strife run among our guild.
With that said, it's also imperative that we DON"T LET THE OTHER GUILDS KNOW ABOUT OUR RECENT PROBLEMS!
One our top enemies, the Thetes, has begun to hold recruitment drives to strengthen their numbers. If they find they find out about our recent stagnant activity, they'll find out that they have an advantage against us. We can't afford that to happen, so again keep quiet about it and don't let anyone outside the guild know about it.
I'll be updating the site regularly, posting up news updates on our guild as well as lastest on SWTOR (like new armor, events, etc.). Also I'll be creating other threads. Like RP threads for those who have been craving for some RP activity, as well as threads with tips for character classes.
Again, a meeting will be set up soon to discuss how we can get the guild active again and how we can maintain order in it with Xuk not being here. I'll be posting this again soon, in character for those who would like to discuss this in their character.
Also, one last thing. I think it's important that all of our members sign up onto this site. That way, if they're active on the site, we'll know that they're active in the game as well and that they're committed to our guild.
